Ask about your book the way you'd ask a coworker. Pull up the Whitfield account. Who renews in October. What does this customer owe. What policies does she have. It reads customers, policies, billing, notes and documents straight out of QQ Catalyst.
Setup is one sentence. Say "connect my QQ Catalyst", give it the same username and password you use to sign in to QQ, and that's it — you're never asked again. Your password goes into your computer's own keychain, the same place your browser keeps them, and it's only ever sent to QQ Catalyst.
It can update records too — notes, addresses, emails, agent and CSR assignments. Anything that changes a record is shown to you first: which record, which field, what value. Nothing is written until you say yes. It will not delete anything and it will not send email from your QQ account.
Marked Beta on purpose. QQ runs two versions of its API at the same address and their documentation doesn't say which agencies are on which, so the skill ships with a read-only compatibility check. Run it once on your account and it reports exactly what works — send us the result and we'll confirm the skill for your setup.
Your QQ Catalyst username and password. Nothing else.
Every skill you download is complete and self-contained: no license checks, nothing fetched at runtime. Improvements and new versions land on the Member Downloads page, included with your subscription — re-downloading takes one click.
