GENERATE gives you a printable, role-specific DISC questionnaire — Producer, Account Manager/CSR, Claims/Support, or Agency Owner/Manager — as a branded PDF: 24 forced-choice groups, 20 written for insurance work generally and 4 written for that seat specifically, with the scoring key hidden from the person taking it so the answers stay honest. ANALYZE takes the completed answer grid and turns it into a written DISC profile: the graph, the primary and secondary style, and guidance you can actually use — how to coach this person, whether they fit the seat you are hiring for, and how they will work with the rest of your team. The scoring is done by script rather than by eye, so the numbers are the same every time; the interpretation is where the judgment goes. It picks up your branding automatically if you use the Agency Brand Kit.
Nothing to buy. The form is rendered with Google Chrome if you have it installed, or weasyprint if you prefer — one of the two.
